How they describe themselves: Symbiotic is a company that develops payment solutions. Symbiotic was the first company to obtain the PCI-CPoC certification of the Tap on Phone technology on the American continent. Symbiotic is a privately owned company, but we are preparing for investment rounds.
How they describe their product/innovation: We are presenting the new PCI-CPoC certified version of our Tap on Phone solution that allows anyone to accept contactless payments with just a phone, we want to talk about the potential uses of the technology.
Tap on Phone by Symbiotic is a mobile application that allows anyone accept a payment with only having a mobile phone (no additional device is required). This is possible due to the currently integrated ecosystem of debit and credit cards which use NFC and wallets.
