Instead of the complicated and fragmented 401k-type system, Icon’s Portable Workplace Savings plan streamlines retirement benefits into a single platform that simplifies retirement benefits and removes the high costs, complexities, and fiduciary risks that come with 401k plans.
All employees can participate, both W2 and 1099. When an employee leaves their employer, their plan travels with them with no change in service, eliminating the need for a rollover.
