How they describe themselves: WealthForge is powering the next generation of private capital markets. We provide automated private placement transaction processing through our innovative technology and brokerage solutions for issuers and investors. We currently serve more than 50 clients and have processed 5,000+ unique investments on our platform.
How they describe their product/innovation: The WealthForge Network connects issuers and intermediaries to help break down the barriers that exist in private capital markets today. The technology allows issuers to display their offerings to registered intermediaries through an offering showcase and provides intermediaries an opportunity to have their investors experience a branded online investment process. Through our dashboards, issuers have transparency into where investments are coming from and intermediaries can track whether their investors have completed the investment process.
