How they describe their product/innovation: EquityZen Institutional brings the power of its secondary platform directly to institutional investors by allowing the management of private investment portfolios in a fully integrated and streamlined application. Family offices, financial advisors, and other institutional investors can now browse offerings, access research, and execute investments on behalf of multiple accounts with just a few simple clicks. Post-investment analytics also grant the ability to holistically manage all private investments in one place, and eliminates the need to manually monitor risk exposure by simplifying reporting for all parties.
