How they describe themselves: With a vision of driving innovation in global capital markets to achieve global capital market integration, Finhaven is building a full-stack capital markets infrastructure for the issuance, trading, and recording of digital securities. The company’s platform will provide for the issuance and trade of digital securities such as stocks, bonds, investment funds and tokens that can be deemed as investment contracts, providing issuers and investors with an established, regulatory compliant secondary marketplace for digital securities.

How they describe their product/innovation: The Finhaven Investment Platform is an end-to-end technological infrastructure for the issuance, investment and recording of digital securities. Using proprietary cryptographic ledger technology, the investment platform solves for inefficiencies of traditional capital markets for security issuers, investors and regulators. Finhaven will demonstrate a private security issuance to the actual live private market trading of that security. This will include our innovative approach to negotiations between buyers and sellers and the consequent real-time settlement. Finally, the Finhaven team will demonstrate the FIN wallet and how investors are custodians of their own securities, innovating the current custodianship experience.
